Rocky Mountain Chardonnay

The high altitudes from this vineyard in northern Mendocino deliver complex aromatics of bright melon and Tupelo honey. The entry from this vintage features white peach and soft apricot with pineapple, melon and hints of tree fruit playing across the lengthy finish. Delicious! This Chardonnay offers a lovely, soft-honey texture with supportive acidity.

Our favorite of all red wines and enjoyed at our most cherished occasions, an outstanding vintage, our favorite cowboy cabernet yet . At first sight enjoy the rich, deep red with violet hues, soft smokey berries, mulberry and dusty smokey oak aromas. Solid palate entry, rich and mouthfilling, warm weight

with heaps of fine grained

Spotted Saddle Syrah

A beautifully balanced red wine from famous White Hawk Vineyard blended nicely in our new French Oak barrels. It is mid to bright red with vibrant, dark hues and sweet warm red berry aromas. Taste a ripe full entry with an elegant tannin structure complemented by a tight finish on the palate. Ideal, dare I say, with spring lamb, marinated duck breast or anything else you think to throw on the barbeque.

Longhorn Cabernet

Fresh aromas of ripe tropical fruits integrated with subtle toasty oak notes will greet you. Then, a vibrant entry of pears, apples and vanilla will integrate into a round, soft mid-palate taste leading to a firm, focused, and lengthy finish. 2 to 4 years of bottle aging will only further define the bouquet and finish.

Spotted Mountain Pinot Noir

We are so lucky to feature fruit from this impressive region. From first sight enjoy the deep garnet color with purple hues. The aroma produces a feeling of blackcherry, bright red cherry fruit along with a hint of wood spice. Taste the balance of a solid tannin structure and weight forming nicely on the palate with creaminess. A great red to be enjoyed with friends.
